Crystal Inn

Wouldn’t recommend this place!! Being a public figure I travel a lot for work. I’ve stayed at crystal inn before but never received the type of bad service that my mother experienced on this stay. First things first, when asking for extra towel the Indian guy who claims to be the manager told her no and when she asked repeatedly he said “ma’am we only have one cleaning lady so it’ll take some time” she didn’t demand them for that moment but in general so that wasn’t very professional. Secondly, she was staying here after having a serious surgery that kept her immobile for a week. I was bringing her medicine for her pain and when entering the building no one was in the front to greet me or tell me policies. I walked to the room she gave me and the manager guy (mid-late 30’s) stopped me and tried telling me no that they can’t have guests. Well for one this isn’t prison if she needs medicine I should be able to take it to her. After this experience she not I will never stay here again and suggesting that others don’t. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. When leaving I asked for his name and he refused which is his right but also made me leave a review. For 90 dollars a night you can stay at a hotel that actually treats its paying residents with care. Here’s a list of better hotels: Comfort inn and Suites SW Houston, Best western galleria inn and suites, Romana Hotel, Sonesta simply Suites Houston Just to name a few that I have stayed at and they will bring you towels when you need with no complaint and won’t be rude to residents like at this Crystal inn location.
