The smell inside the room is unpleasant and makes headache. Even after asked for the room spray there is nothing happened for the unpleasant odour. Better to choose some nice hotels likes ASR parkalane which is much better for their amenities and features in the rooms provided.

Rooms are ok, however restroom needs proper maintenance and patch work on the switches. For justifying the adjective luxury in the name , they can provide at least basic Wi-Fi to the customers.

I hesitated to post this review but I feel it is essential now. I stayed in this hotel a year ago. I check in the morning usually. I went to the washroom leaving my phone in the bed room. I locked the bathroom door, when I tried to unlock it the lock broke.. I was stuck inside for around 20mins. It was near death. I felt like I will die like the characters in final destination. I shouted screamed but the washroom is such like no one can hear you and your life is doomed. Luckily I broke their towel hanger and tried to open the lock and escaped. Ever since that incident whenever I stay alone in any hotel I do not latch the bathroom door. Or carry my phone inside. What I meant was that the doors, handles everything is worn out and old. There is no proper maintenance by the management. They have very limited staff for maintenance and expect them to manage the whole hotel. The worst part is currently they have increased their tariff, without developing the basic necessities. Currently whoever asks me about this hotel I tell them to find an alternate because for this price you get well maintained hotels in Hosur.
