There is lot of parking space near to the hotel. But they wont allow you to park there. Worst experience

Hotel is right opposite bus stand and area is bustling. Room and linen provided were clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is okay. Suggested improvements: - Water is not hot enough for bath. We had to ask for bucket filled with hot water. Staff cooperated in providing it. Should improve the heating system. - Bathroom is very small, but commode was clean - Sliding windows were jammed. We could not open the windows. - bathroom latch and rod (to hang clothes) were badly rusted. Hotel should replace them. Little expensive considering the room quality. It should be in Rs 1000-1200 range.

**Very BAD experience** We visited as a group of 4 friends and took 2 rooms. Hotel was not having electricity for most of the time during the day. Secondly person at reception was very RUDE and demanded extra money at the time of check out. We did early checkin. He started calling from early morning next day onwards and shouted on us to vacate the room asap or pay extra money then only he will allow any further stay. Hotel internet was not working and even there was electricity cut for many hours. When we enquired this reception person started shouting that they have to put generator. When we said no electricity he told us we are lying. We paid money at the time of check out but still demanded money while leaving. We booked through Agoda but had to call him 4-5 times in advance before they accepted our booking online. Overall a Pathetic experience and ZERO stars. Reception person (day time) should learn to behave properly with customers rather than insulting them and shouting on them.
