The rooms were good. The lobby and reception were on 5th floor above a multiplex. Little inconvenient access. Just had breakfast which was good mix of south Indian and English. They can try and vary the menu on different days.

The staff was friendly utmost sanika, she helped me a lot. The breakfast and the breakfast buffet spread out was really good and even hats off to the chefs for the good quality of food. And the service was good too. Thank you hopefully I'll check-in again and enjoy the same experience.

check in time at the hotel is 2pm, however, I was given a room around 12 which was very good. Some mango drink was served as a welcome drink which was good. Had opted for dinner and breakfast both the meals were good, items were less but good. Restaurant service, it seems either sort of staff or some reason they look stressed, no smile no greetings and one can see only a single person serving everyone. Room service is a little slow again could be a reason, less staff. I ordered tea and pakora which came to the room approx. in 45 min. Talking about the room amenities, toiletries were good, however, no sleeper was given in the room. Weighing machine had expired batteries. Room was clean and AC cooling was ok. TV had some issues, could be DTH or some but watching TV wasn't fun as the picture wasn't clear. Could not see the pool as it was booked for some function. All in all I think a few small improvements are needed, rest is good. I will definitely go to the hotel again.

A few days back, I organised here my daughter's engagement. Service provided by the staff concerned was very nice. Particularly Mr. Raj was very much co-operative . Food was tasty . But one thing, I want to mention here that the vendor provided to us for decoration work didn't satisfy us at all. The vendor charged a very high rate and I paid fully but the work was below expectation. Pl be careful in future as the hotel image is also involved.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).
