Stayed here last week, they have a team of very highly trained staffs, specially their spa section is amazing. The food was also very good. Was there for a Business meet. The buffet arraigned for us, was very good and value worthy. At the end of the meet we enjoyed treatments in their spa section as well which was a nice experience. Highly recommended.

Our stay here was really fantastic. Very warm hospitality. Amazing food. Pleasant stay. Mr Avinash was very kind and helpful all the time. He personally made sure we all were comfortable. Overall and amazing experience at Ramee Grand Hotel

The rooms are spacious and well ventilated; Sleep infrastructure (mattresses, linens, covers, styles) are high quality, bathrooms include satisfying "rainfall" shower-head, staff are attentive and efficient, there is an easily operated safe in the room for your valuables, and the location is central to Deccan Gymkhana shopping areas. Breakfast inclusive reservations are well worth it as the first meal of the day is high quality and includes a wide range of items. The food is so good, it would be good to include a weighing scale in the room (for the weight conscious). The only minor shortcoming was the lack of an iron and ironing board in the room. But staff quickly provided these upon request.

Hotel Ramee was good. Restaurants were excellent. Complementary breakfast - Excellent Rooms - Very good Bathroom-Good. The bathroom was good-sized. Some more hooks to hang clothes (in the absence of a shelf) and a good handle to move the sliding door for bath (I was using my nails to move the door) can be added to the bathroom. Was unhappy with the checkout time has to improved. I had to extend the checkout time to suit my flight time. I paid half day charge for 4 hrs extension. Checkout time has to be 22 hrs to 24 hrs. A travel/tourism desk will be helpful. The staff did not know about any heritage walks etc in Pune.
