Wrost experience from staff They are scamming people while checking out from hotel. I stayed in so many 5srar hotels never I was asked to pay for bedsheets if you drop a single drop of tea. They charged me 1500+ tax for a single drop of tea stain on bedsheets. Staffs are also very argumentive and no professionalism at all. They won't keep bucket or mug in bathroom and showers also not working. Overall pathetic experience and they are all after money no good customer service

I loved the breakfast. It was really good. But did have a bad experience too. I left my phone charger in the room. And asked the room service guy to courier it which i will pay him the courier charges too. But for a he did not. So i reached out to the manager. The manager said he will look into. Its been a month now still they just play games saying its in different locations with someone. And he has not arrived yet. This was an unforgettable experience.

This hotel sets the bar high for corporate accommodations in a budget. The seamless blend of comfort and efficiency is notable. The staff's professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction stood out during my stay. Highly recommended for a productive and comfortable business trip

A really pleasant way of creating sustainable stay ,where the staff is really nice and kind to compensate for no extra things inside the room (though available on request)which is ergonomically made with very useful interiors . Im visiting banglore with a broken leg second time😛but the genuine kindness of staff here,be it letting me use the lift from parking ,to getting buffet breakfast in the room...all with a natural smile not easily seen on faces anywhere in a hotel these days Lovingly making us follow sustainable way of life... Best wishes for a great future
