This place is disgusting. Front desk was rude & unprofessional at check-in. Breakfast dining area looked a mess - no chance we were going to eat breakfast in the morning. The hallway carpet was gross - ripped in places and stained. I’m honestly not certain our room was cleaned. There was dirt & grass all over the floor. The mirror & microwave looked to have been wiped down by a dirty cloth, and there was hair & towels shoved under the sink. My in-laws room wasn’t much better. Didn’t see a point in complaining as I’d guess all the rooms looked like this based on our interaction at check-in. In hindsight, we should have packed up & gone next door to La Quinta. Then to top it off, my in-laws room had fleas. Gross. Awful. Avoid at all cost.

I would give a 0 star if I could. I booked a room in July for a September stay from out of town. Showed up on the confirmed day at 11pm and was told they overbooked and didn’t have a room. We had 3 kids in the car and we were all waiting to get out. We had to stay at a different hotel that cost more. They told us we would be comped for the stay because they DID NOT honor our booking. It is now November and I’m still going back and forth waiting on my money. Owner is a joke, do not stay here.

Very nice staff, great prices, and good breakfast selection. It looks like they are in the process of refreshing/remodeling and I would give them 5 stars if the carpet was updated in the rooms, but overall it's a great place and I would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff (although sometimes someone is on the front desk who obviously doesn't know what they're doing and must call a supervisor to walk them through things). Many long-term residents who smoke like chimneys so the elevator lobbies on the floors reek with stale cigarette smoke. Some have dogs. Don't attempt to eat at the one table outside as this is where the staff (who seemingly all live full time at the hotel) and the full time residents gather so it too reeks of cigarettes. Someone has a dog that is allowed to bark IN THE HALLWAY of the third floor at 5 a.m. so don't plan to sleep in on any day. My stay was during the dog show at the Expo so it MIGHT have been one of those dogs but I doubt it, as the owner did absolutely nothing to shut the dog up but allowed it to continue to bark all the way down the hallway. Don't stay at this place if your activities include late nights with the desire to sleep past 5 in the morning as you won't be able to. My room was never made up in the 5 nights I was here, although towels were refreshed and trash was emptied.
