Stayed here for 3 days for staycation, room was nice but very low service, we asked for basic necessities and staff denied to give it, random power cuts happened during any time and lasted 5 to 10 mins, the most horrible experience was staff breaking and entering in occupied room without informing to check locks or whatever, and also during checkout the manager at reception asked extra money because they couldnt even rinse a simple stain from a bedsheet! Overall a bad experience, not recommended to stay either solo or with family, they are fraud and looting people’s money in the name of so called low quality 4 star hotel

I haven't stayed here but I had gone on a function from my wife's side relatives. I had gone to their Banquet , which is situated in the basement . Their Banquet was big and could have easily adjusted a gathering of 200-250+ people. It's interiors are well done nothing overdone or flashy .The hotel & banquet was well kept ,neat & Clean. The car parking was outside the hotel not inside and we could easily find parking for our car . Staff was well trained & helpful. The food served in the function tasted good even the starters tasted good. Mocktails made by them also tasted good. Its a nice option for people living in Greater Noida for a function 👌👌👍

I have had a very horrible experience booking with this hotel. I booked this hotel for 3 N and 4 D. They confirmed the booking at ₹6000 + taxes per night and took advance money as well. But the hotel staff is so greedy they called after a few days asking to pay ₹2675 more per night or they will cancel the booking citing management policy which is nowhere displayed or mentioned. Also why did you take the advance money if this was your policy. Please beware if you book this hotel next during IHGF exhibition as they will try to extort more money from you out of pure greed.
