Room was good. But room service only available from 11am-5pm. No drinking water arrangement. Every hotel gives atleast one complimentary bottle a day but here we have to buy it. Not worth the price for booking. Even when we called for room cleaning, staff said we will do for new customers first and if time remains we will do it for you. Worst hotel experience ever.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel also had great amenities, including a pool and a gym. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would definitely stay there again! 🌟🏨

I travel alot and have been staying in hotels for 10+ years. But this was the most pathetic experience!! Never ever go there, rooms are unhygienic, toilet jets doesn't work. They claim it to be non-smoking but fellow mates were smoking in adjacent washroom. Staff is very unprofessional, rude and ready to pick up fight with you, specially if you complain about something. If I was not traveling with my dad things would have got escalated for sure. Not sure, why is it's rating so high. Definitely a big low 👎
