This is the worst Oyo, i have booked here 3 times online through make my trip and it was fully prepaid. When reached there the staff tells you to get lost as we have booked online and all rooms are full. They will not consider any online booking and want cash of 2000 per night. They are disgusting including the owner. He will not allow you to speak also. For the 2 times I stayed before the bathrooms were smelly and cockroaches in the rooms. Surely you will meet them in your bed. The building is in a quiet place so you cannot buy anything. No inhouse food most of the times. The good reviews are fake and so not fall prey to them. Even if you complain to MMT or Oyo it's waste, they will give you another worst place to live. If you want to spoil your trip and have a fight then please go to Townhouse Oak Oyo Hitech City

We booked for two days stay and paid . Aftr one day they decided to give to someone else and told us to vacant the room. I understand they might have some situation but the way he talk and request is so arrogance and horrible attitude. I wish he could talk a little polite or professional . He treated us as if we are staying for free no one should have that kind of attitude towards the guest if you are in a customer service.

I don't know how many reviews it will take before OYO does something about this shady practice. Just read the reviews below. They do not honour online bookings. I was laughed at when I reached at 1 am (midnight) and was rudely told that there are no rooms. I had to call OYO customer service and was given an accommodation at a far away place, where I had to travel to at midnight on my own. Terrible.

Clean room with clean linen. No bed bugs. Housekeeping is good. In our room, the water closet was too close to the wash basin. One needs to be careful while using the toilet. The major handicap is : when you get up in the morning, no coffee or tea is available. They have not provided any coffee kettle, not to speak of any packets of coffee, tea, creamer or sugar. No idea if it is money's worth because for us, it was booked by my host!

It's very near to Raheja Mindspace, Hitech City, Pheonix SEZ, Durgam Cheravu and many other IT companies (JPMC and others) so location is awesome. The area is also quiet and peaceful. Service is average, they don't provide Electric Kettle and all that they mention. The rooms are quite big and has study table, Tea Table and sofa(?). Their Bathrooms are also adequate but can smell at times. But I'd say better than average Oyo Rooms around here.
