This is the first time I used the Fab hotels facility and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Although the location of the hotel wasn't as you would want, the property is well maintained. If you are on a budget but still want maintened rooms and good service, this is a very good option. I am assuming all Fab hotels might have same good conduct. Staff and host were very good. Overall very good experience. Parking is a small issue since the property is in a narrow and busy locality.

Loved the hotel, specially in this price range. They had all with them, hospitality, ambiance, good food, good team to support. These are one of those places where u like l to go another time too.

I had book this for my guest coming from gwalior they are 63+ husband and wife the person at the reception asked for ID at the time of check in uncle showed the id and the guy asked for aunty ID uncle told them she didnt have ID right now we will provide you in 1 to 2 hour that guy denied to get them check in he told them that i can not let you enter in room without both ID they both waited 1 hour in porch of the hotel. This is the behaviour of the hotel staff. And in room no towel and napkin was present no water bottle, no proper soap and shampoo, and they charged 1500 for check in at 8 am to 7 pm evening. Of same day.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an absolutely terrible experience with the staff. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They seemed to be completely disinterested in providing any level of customer service and went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome. The check-in process was a complete nightmare. The staff member who assisted me was impatient and short with me, barely acknowledging my presence and seemingly annoyed that I was even there. When I asked a few questions about the amenities and local area, they responded with a bored tone and didn't even look at me. It was clear that they just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. The poor attitude of the staff continued throughout my stay. When I needed assistance with my room, they were slow to respond and acted as if it was an inconvenience. They were not accommodating at all, and I felt as if I was inconveniencing them with even the simplest requests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff's terrible attitudes and lack of customer service made my stay incredibly unpleasant. If you're looking for a hotel with friendly and helpful staff, look elsewhere.
