FabHotel Dream Nest

The room was clean. Bathroom was also clean. The cold water tap was not working and hence had to struggle. Television is there but no channels were working as there was no channel subscription. We could find the hotel through Google map but the surrounding is untidy and had to struggle to walk around to go for breakfast or casually walk around.

My recent stay at Fabhotel Frenotel left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations due to several significant issues that marred what could have been a pleasant stay. The most glaring and distressing problem was the blatant lack of cleanliness in the room. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the sight of cockroaches scurrying across the floor, which was an incredibly off-putting and unsanitary experience. Moreover, the room seemed to be infested with mosquitoes, making it challenging to rest or even move around without being bothered by these pests. Adding to the discomfort was the absence of hot water, which is a basic amenity that any hotel should readily provide. The inability to access hot water for showering or any other purpose significantly detracted from the overall experience and made the stay quite inconvenient. Regrettably, these issues greatly overshadowed any positive aspects the hotel might have had. Despite the potential for a pleasant stay, the lack of cleanliness, presence of pests, and absence of basic amenities like hot water made it an overall disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Furthermore, I found the staff's response to these issues to be lacking. There seemed to be a lack of urgency or concern when I brought up these problems, which was disappointing and added to the overall frustration of the situation. In conclusion, my stay at Fabhotel Frenotel was far from satisfactory. The presence of cockroaches and mosquitoes along with the absence of hot water made it an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. For a hotel that advertises comfort and quality service, this fell drastically short of meeting even the most basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
