Reception's staff is good their behavior is excellent and friendly. They solve guest queries very quickly. And room is good and cleanliness and hygienic

Hotel was ok. But the staff had no cooperation whatsoever of any kind. A friend of mine had to stay with me just for 1 night on last n8 of my checkout. I made booking for 1 person but due to some emergency he had to come to my hotel. The staff even though I offered to pay 500 for letting him stay asked me to either pay 700 for 5 hours of stay or else asked my friend to leave the hotel at once in heavy rain. Though it was my mistake but still there is a sense of humanity that ok since 1 night I did not stay at hotel its ok u cn stay but leave asap in morning... But no they made him leave the hotel at 1 pm in night amidst heavy rainfall. Yeah u cn book this hotel if u want but just the nature with which they treat the people... Not at all acceptable.

Highlight of the place is the politeness and service offered by Akshay. He is terribly helpful and I have not come across anyone closer to him when it comes to hospitality and humbleness. My personal thanks to him. God bless you Akshay and Good luck for your career.
