Very bad experience..it feels you are in a school.. Staff are very rude. Even they not allow any guest in room and all are male staff and when a girl staying they not allow friends to visit. Very bad experience, I booked 3days and they are just worst.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in India. On the booking website, they say "24-hour front". Be careful it was literally a lie. When I came back to the hotel, the gate was locked. I rang the bell several times and phoned the front to open but nobody answered so that I couldn't enter. The hotel staffs are so rude. They were not only accept my refund applying, but they never apologized to me. Even they laughed at me.

The location is in New Town therefore one may get access to everything- tourist places , shopping, dining and leisure. Rooms and cleanliness is fine. Food is also fine. The hospitality of the staff is good. They make you feel like you are at home. Nice place to stay at affordable price. It is more of a guest house.
