Worse worse ... Very bad hotel . Very bad service.. don't even give u a single bottle of water.. no one cleans the room, mosquito around, AC has no remote, bathroom has no exhaust fan, bathroom doors lock not working, they have lift but all the time not working.. u have to take stairs to go above.. I have booked with their customer care num and pay 25% advance while booking and they don't give u key until u pay the rest amount. Coz they know once u will enter the room you will regret the payment.. also if I asked I don't want to continue for the next day he said your money is gone.. the restaurant under is veg restaurant but portion size is very less.. they don't even bother to change bed sheet and not giving clean towel.. I made a complaint to their customer care and they asked for pictures .. who is free to take pictures of all the faults.. and now they offering a 500 rupees coupon so that I should delete the bad reviews Worse choice It's not fab at all It's a waste of money

This hotel is not at all good. Extremely poor service. Staffs doesn't know how to behave and they don't care the customers. No car parking king. Car is to be parked on the road side. No facilities in the room. Very bad and dirty linen. No water bottle for drinking. Only a half used jug kept. No ventilation. Complimentary breakfast is to be ordered in the room. One vada, one iddli with chatni, sambar and tea. Very high price bfor room compared to the cost. Breakfast is served only after 9:00 am. The reviews given is a total cheating, All marks are given 5/5. It must be given by themselves. Never opt for this hotel. This is not even worthy for 0/5.

I recently stayed at your hotel last week and wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience during my stay. I regret to inform you that my stay was negatively impacted by a mice infestation in my room. In the middle of the night, I was startled to notice mice running in the ceiling. This was not only distressing but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment. The presence of mice in the room not only made it difficult to get a good night's rest but also posed potential health risks. Such an issue reflects poorly on the overall maintenance and upkeep of your hotel, and it is essential to address it promptly to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure a more enjoyable and comfortable stay for your guests.
