4.5/5 stars. The room, booking experience everything was great. They are like serviced apartments where you get a bed in a room. There is a hall, dining area, balcony to dry clothes and kitchen, with a washing machine as well. The attached balcony option in room doesn't make much sense, since we have common balcony anyway. Any issues could be written in a register downstairs. They were generally resolved quickly. The location is good, there is a lake with a jogging track opposite to it so it is good for walking. There is d Mart nearby as well as a big basket kiosk in the ground floor. There is a restaurant downstairs. It has North Indian tastes and can be slightly expensive. This is a gated community and not just a building, it is great for walking inside the building, as well as there are gym and community playroom. It really enhances your stay. Now coming to the disadvantages- there aren't many places to eat around, so especially at night you have to rely on the restaurant. The kitchen was in a bad state (very unclean) when I had come. And a lot of cockroaches. I had asked for pest control and it was promptly done, but still it could be an issue to those who regularly cook. There was also a delay in the refund of deposit and can take almost a month and half. Overall I was satisfied with my stay. The building and the lake were really the highlights. On the expensive end. Good for people who work at Continental or Biocon. Edit- couldn't find any photos of the room but the view was great.
