❌My experience at this hotel was deeply unsatisfactory. The staff's uncomfortable attitude towards guests, especially couples, combined with the risky parking situation and my scratched car, made for a thoroughly negative stay. Additionally, the hotel accepts an exorbitant amount of money, making the overall value for what you get incredibly poor. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.❌❌

Pros: Proximity to Mims Hospital: Rotano Glitz Inn's location near Mims Hospital makes it a convenient choice for those needing a quick stay for medical reasons. This proximity can be beneficial for short stays of one or two days. Room Service from Salkara Restaurant: The option to order food from Salkara restaurant below and have it delivered to the room is a convenient and time-saving feature, especially for guests looking for hassle-free dining. Cons: Cleanliness Issues: Unfortunately, my stay was marred by cleanliness issues. The room wasn't clean, and the walls showed signs of damage. The overall cleanliness, including the underground parking, was subpar and detracted from the overall experience. Unpleasant Smell: The pervasive unpleasant smell in the hotel corridor and throughout the establishment was a significant drawback. This made navigating through the hotel and spending time in common areas less pleasant. Inoperative Refrigerator: The unusable refrigerator in the room adds to the list of inconveniences, especially for guests expecting or needing this amenity. Congested and Dirty Parking: The underground parking situation was far from ideal, being both congested and dirty. This detracted from the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. In summary, while the hotel's proximity to Mims Hospital is advantageous for short medical stays, the cleanliness issues, unpleasant smell, and parking conditions are notable drawbacks. The option to order food from Salkara restaurant provides a positive aspect, but improvements in overall cleanliness are necessary for a more satisfying guest experience.

the most unhygienic place I've ever stayed. Cockroaches everywhere in the washroom, on the floors, on the table. AC was not cooling. Too expensive at this price according to the service. You will get better options at this price. Rooms were also very small.

❌My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff's behavior towards guests, particularly couples, was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Moreover, the parking situation posed a significant risk, with ineffective security measures. Unfortunately, my car suffered scratches due to these issues. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this hotel for their stay🙅‍♂️🙅‍♀️❌❌❌
