Rooms were clean, that's the only positive. No parking at the hotel. In a very busy and crowded location. The pictures shown here are not of the Park residency,palayam. Staff are rude and non-friendly. Their attitude is like they don't care for customers. To answer your response - there are many other customers who have complained about your staff behaviour. Of course when you are in the hospitality industry you have to be flexible, not just follow the rules. There was no buffer time provided to us and your staff and manager didn't even consider our request. Also we are not staying in a hotel for the first time, so don't talk about the rules to us. If other hotels are flexible, you can also be. But if you are not concerned about customer service, then do as you wish. I will still say" This is not a good hotel, they are just money minded people"

Stayed one night in hotel park residency in palayam, Calicut The Pros: 1) Hotel is clean 2) It has all basic modern. amneties like hot water, AC, health faucet etc, 3) Staff are friendly 4) Buffet breakfast is basic but delicious 5) Inexpensive The Cons: 1) The front view of the hotel is very misleading, unlike seen in photos 2)There is no sufficient parking space for vehicles, you need to use a paid parking service in an adjacent compound area. But this fee of upto Rs. 100/- will be refunded by the hotel at checkout time. 3) Hotel entrance is very narrow with buildings very close. 4) There was a delay in delivery of services 5) The hot water and cold water mixer tap in room 302 was not working Hope the needful will be done, to whatever extent possible.

This is our second time Everything was good except the morning breakfast. The breakfast is need to improve a lot. And room also little congested that we stayed first time. Thank you for your all the service

Booked 2 rooms at 10pm. They have provided both rooms with non-working ACs (which we didn't realise until too late) They made us pay the full amount during check-in. By the time we completed the check-in and dinner, we reached the rooms by 1045pm. At 12pm, one of us in the 1st room noticed that the ac was not starting and asked for a room change. The guys in the 2nd room were too tired to repack and unpack again. So we continued with that room even though the ac was not working. Even the guys who changed their room lost 1 hr of their sleep because of the repacking and unpacking. The hotel management knew that these both rooms' ACs were not working. It appears they gave us those rooms on purpose at that late hour so that we would be too tired to ask for room change. When we asked them about this during check-out, they said that the AC was working and we didn't know how to operate it. (We were 3 guys with Masters degrees from IITs working as Managers in different PSUs) This is completely unprofessional behaviour from the hotel management and not expected from a hotel in a reputed city. Note: 1. Even though they say that parking is available, it is extremely difficult and tight. 2. The 4th floor corridor reels of cigarette smoke. It will enter your room every time you open your door.
