Rooms are big and gorgeous,but they are not really clean..We booked a mini suit..it had wooden panelled flooring,our one year old crawled on it and i could see brown dust all over her body.For two adukts,they provide one bath towel Next issue,we could smell a smoky air in room..we informed them and asked for a room freshner,nobody even cared to address it. Bathroom has got beautiful high standard fittings,but bathroom floor doesnt have gripped tiles so its slippery if a lil water is spilled,so be careful if with kids or old ones. There was no hot water in morning. They have a coffee shop available but no restaurant. Receptionist is the owner iguess..at least her attitude was like that.

Decent stay if ur looking for a comfortable place in the city. The staff is quite courteous. The rooms were clean. Limited parking

Very bad service by the female staff. No respect towards people even after paying for a whole suite room. She thinks she owns the place. Very very bad. She should learn to treat people with more respect

Rooms are really good , clean and spacious... It's is in the heart of city. I opted mini suit, which is spacious for 3 adults n 3 kids. They gives extra bed... The service provided them was really good... Staffs are really approachable... Morning breakfast is complementary... There is no much items in breakfast, but the items served was really tasty...
