my stay at Golden Fort was very pleasant.. room are very neat and clean. i felt like at home stay,,very silent,safe and good place for family stay. MANAGER MR.SARAVANAN was very calm and his hospilatity was outstanding...

I stayed on 22nd July in Golden Fort service apartment in vellore, For medical treatment, Room was very nice and neat & clean, i spoke to Mr. Saravanan (Manager) via phone to ask the tariff he told me 3bhk 6,750/- And I went directly to Golden Fort to check in, on that time I asked manager Mr.saravanan to reduce the amount for me and I told my troubles, I'm coming for medical treatment so pls reduce the amount, He reduced me the amount of Rs: 2,750, without any expectation he gave the platelet for my brother treatment, Really he is genuine and great humility person. Thanks for Golden Fort management.🙏🙏

My wife had to give her higher education exams for 4 days in a Govt College near Golden Fort. Was referred by a near by shop and opted for a stay here. Had a very nice experience from day 1 and especially their versatile Manager Saravanan with an ever smiling face was so friendly and gave us with very good options. Highly recommended for a quiet and pleasant stay during your visit to this locality...

Beware of the caretaker here named Saravanan. He might sound genuine but in reality he’s a crook. To all those who plan to stay for more than a month make sure that you confirm the extra charges before paying the advance or else he will ask more money from you in terms of cleaning, maintenance, EB bill etc. I took that Flat no - 7 with my family for 2 months and he has confirmed the daily cleaning charge was Rs 2500/month and the electricity bill would be Rs 13/unit. But after the month he charged us Rs 5000 for cleaning, and electricity was charged at Rs 20/unit and on top of all this he charged a maintenance fee of Rs 1000.00. When we enquired about the issue he have lame excuses. He is a thief and the worst part is he has not informed this to the actual owner of the apartment so all this stolen money goes to his pocket who happens to be the caretaker of the apartment. So if you happen to take an apartment make sure of each and every charge or else he will end up cheating you. We are forced to file a case since he is not ready to refund the money.
