The hotel is worth for the price being charged. Although it may not be exceptional, it is definitely suitable for a decent stay with family. The complimentary breakfast spread is also pretty decent for the price being charged. There is ample parking space, two restaurants and a bar, in the hotel. Further, it is located at a central point in the town , from where, the tourist destinations are nearby. It's a totally decent place for families planning a stay at Vellore. The hotel could however work on training the front desk staff better.

The rooms are average with a lot of mosquitoes around. The hotel is located at prime location and near to CMC (2km). Food at vegetarian restaurant is good. Breakfast is satisfactory. I booked the hotel through Cleartrip with a late check-in and check-out request. The request wasn't entertained and the hotel charged me 70% of the next day's cost for an extra 4 hours spent. I wouldn't want to visit again for this reason.

Very nice room's, good service and cleanliness is also good. 6.5 km from Katpadi railway station and close to vellore fort. So it's very accessible location. Complimentary buffet breakfast is noteworthy.

Regrettably, the experience at Khanna Hotel does not align with its price point, as the property appears poised and lacks cleanliness. The issue extends from the reception area through the corridors to the rooms, creating an unfavorable impression. Despite the substantial investment, the overall upkeep of the property falls short, impacting the quality of the stay. Moreover, the disappointment continues into the dining experience, particularly with breakfast. The repetitive nature of the menu, featuring the same recipes daily, adds a layer of monotony, making the mornings feel mundane and uninspiring. Considering the price charged, guests rightfully anticipate a higher standard. Addressing cleanliness and diversifying the breakfast offerings would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience at Khanna Hotel.
