Complementary breakfast no spread is available. But the food are costliest while compare to your competitors. Room quality very poor. On my stay in this hotel water dropping in outside of the room they kept bucket in front of the room. If I need to tell about your room stay experience. I can write any essay ... On sentence ' worst hotel I ever seen'..

Nice room . But it is a small extra bed provided that occupy the room .now a days sofa with bed options available please try that. No soap and towel. Only shampoo. Please consider drivers are human being driver room is very very worst . My driver slept car itself. Food is good.

No Ac in bar for the past 1 year and ever time if I come they say ac is repaired and it will be fixed but it is never fixed.. I am facing this trouble for the past 1 year but still I come here because of the waitress for there friendly behaviour... very bad management..

I recently stayed here during a business trip. It's a very good hotel with excellent maintenance. The rooms were clean and tidy. The service was good as well but I just didn't like the 12 to 12 check in since for persons like me who just travel a lot sometimes 24 hours check-in at any time should be made available. I checked in at around 7.00 pm but they almost wanted me to leave by 12.00 pm the next day. And if there is such a rule it should have been informed before the check in. But still they somehow understood my job nature and just charged an additional 500 as a late check-out which I still consider unnecessary if the same was informed beforehand. The rooms were quite and beautiful. No remote for Air Conditioner is a big let down imo. I didn't use their restaurant since I just like to explore the neighborhood. But when looked at the menu it felt the food was overpriced for some reason. Got sufficient parking space. Located at one of the prime areas of the city, so commuting is easy.
