My stay was an unforgettable experience of opulence and luxury. From the moment I walked into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The attention to detail was impeccable, with every aspect of the hotel exuding a sense of grandeur. The room itself was a haven of comfort and style. The plush furnishings, exquisite decor, and modern amenities created an ambiance that was both inviting and lavish. The attention paid to cleanliness and maintenance was evident, making my stay not only comfortable but also reassuring during these times.

I was in a very short stay there. It offers a plush environment for business and pleasure trips to Lucknow. Their service was very appreciable. We were a group of 20+ odd members reaching way past the normal dinner time. But they welcomed us with open arms and spread out a buffet dinner, which we really enjoyed. The room was really nice, but I'd prefer a covered cupboard for hanging my clothes. Barring that it was an enjoyable stay. The complementary breakfast was quite elaborate and to the likings of most pallets.

Room service was very pathetic. Had to wait for more than 30 mins to get the towels and kits. Had to call 3 times. If you are reaching early for check in. They won't be able to provide you the room even if someone has checked out, at least not before 9 am. Why, because there staff who cleans room comes after 8. I mean in such a big hotel someone should be on duty to clean the room. If there rooms are not vacant and you have reached there early, you will have to wait in there lobby for hours that too with mosquitos. I have stayed in other states GT hotels as well, but this was not pleasurable at all.
