Disappointing Experience at Holiday BNB. My recent stay at Hotel Holiday BNB was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of service and the condition of the facilities left much to be desired. First and foremost, the service at the hotel was abysmal. It took an unacceptable 2 hours for the staff to recharge the TV dish, leaving me frustrated and without entertainment during that time. Additionally, the non-functional geyser was a major inconvenience, especially at the 5-degree temperature. This lack of attention to essential amenities was simply unacceptable. However, I must acknowledge that the one redeeming factor was the food. Despite the numerous shortcomings, the quality of the food was commendable, and for that reason alone, I am awarding the hotel 1 star

Everything was perfect stayed there for 3 nights...highly recommended..very good, fast and humble service...food was also good...don't miss out for the breakfast...and the view was fabulous from the balcony.....

This is one of the best locations in the area. The cottage view is very awesome! You can see snowcapped mountains from the windows. Check at reception for best room view.. The gaming room does have game just for time pass, not in a good condition for games. This is perfect hotel for night stays and day relaxation.

This hotel is great for staying at Manali..the room service is great,food is also good..they provide us a quality experience ..also they have rooms with nice view..do recommend this hotel..the parking area is bit on a lower side..the path to the hotel is small one line road so does not recommend taking personal vechicle here or the person having good driving skills can do so..they have two buildings..so if you are provided the annex building you have to the nearby hotel under the same management for food or you can order from room service.
