Had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The non-AC room was surprisingly affordable at just ₹1100. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful ambiance for our getaway with my girlfriend. We had no issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only downside was the limited food options available near hotel as they only have vegetarian dishes, however hotel provides non veg food, still if you want to have good non vegetarian food then you have to go little far

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and attention to detail remains. The Staff is amazing and the rooms have been comfortable. The only thing that needs to improve is the quality of food in there restaurant . This seems to be an issue at quite a few kimptons that operates the restaurant rather then have it run by an outside entity . Although we had room service twice and it was excellent.

We had a train at 8:20p and we had to leave our resort at the Samthar at 10am, hence we had to booked a hotel at Siliguri for freshen up. Fortunately we reached at such time that we did not need to available hotel service for that day. But inspite of the cancelation they welcome as nice for lunch (though they did not have any dedicated dining room because of renovation work at that time) they arrange everything they could do to comfort us. They was great level of hospitality we experienced here. The staff to manage to cook everyone was good. Service was prompt. Food was very good. They let us use their washroom (spared- common) with us at free of cost without hesitations. Over all good experiences at this short period of time stay at Siliguri prior to departure.
