We as a family of four people stayed in the family room which was in fact two seperate rooms as one family room which was quite impressive. Both the rooms had seperate airconditioners, attached washrooms with geysers and comfortable two double beds. But looking at the property it seems that the management has lost its interest in this good property which looks like seen better times. The rooms are poorly maintained with broken fixtures. Rooms have an unpleasant smell and there are small cockroaches everywhere. Front office and housekeeping staff are good and helpful though. We have stayed earlier also in this hotel but it was not this level then. But the good part is the location which is bang on the popular Hong Kong market. Overall not bad as a transit accomodation as an overnight stay if you can overlook the above issues. But it can be much better if properly maintained.

I was very impressed with the service rendered. The staff were well-mannerd and sincere and served with a smile. The receptionists were very helpful. The room service was up to the mark. We felt like right at home. Thank you for the hospitality, comfort and amenities. Worth staying.

This is a very average hotel. The number given in the website is not working. The rooms are awful and there's pan parag stains everywhere even inside the room. That's the best room. It is ridiculously expensive for no facility except for AC Bathroom was not cleaned Flush was not working. The manager name is Jerome, When i tried to bargain, as I was only staying for few hours and solo female from ₹1400 to ₹1200. Even though the price shown in the website was ₹1043, I was told that there are no rooms and also I was told that I'm a woman and not supposed to bargain. When asked to speak to the owner, it was denied saying the owner is rude and doesn't know to talk to women when making payment it was done to his account not to the hotel account.
