STAY AT ABIKA ELITE Pathetic place to book with Zero Professional. They will pick up the booking with pay at hotel and then send an email for confirmation. As and when the customer calls you they will ask you to pay advance or they will cancel. However, it is no where mentioned that they have any right to cancel the bookings. Eventually they will confirm on email about the arrival time and on the day of check in, they will cancel the booking. They will not provide with any written communication for booking cancellation neither will inform you for the same. Pathetic staff, pathetic way to handle the issue, zero professionalism. Never book them, they are there to just mint the money.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service we received. We chose Atharva to celebrate our daughter's 1st birthday, and it turned out to be an exceptional experience from start to finish. The culinary experience at Atharva deserves special mention. The food served during the celebration was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our guests were delighted with the menu, and the chef's expertise truly shone through. Overall, our experience was nothing short of perfect, and it played a significant role in making our daughter's 1st birthday a memorable occasion for our family and friends. We extend our sincere thanks to the entire team and Gaurav (Operations Manager) for his dedication to excellence.

The check in experience is pathetic. The manager Aatim is very non-welcoming and rude. And when I gave the feedback at the reception then he told me 3 times to just cancel the booking. I am going to cancel the booking and stay at another hotel in Ujjain. Kindly refund my money ASAP.

Had a one night stay at hotel Atharv. The room and bathroom size is good and the location is quite central, close to the Mahakaal temple, a comfortable ten minute’s walk. Rooms are however not quite clean and are in need of an urgent makeover. The moment we entered the room, we were welcomed by a bad musty smell. The staff agreed to change the room, which was slightly better. The curtains looked like they haven’t been washed for a long time and that probably was the reason for the unpleasant smell in the room, which affected our sleep. The towels and bed linens were clean. The staff is however very welcoming and are always ready to serve you well. Hatimtai and Harsh at the front desk and Rohit in the housekeeping went out of the way to serve us the best. The breakfast spread is satisfactory. Hope the rooms are renovated soon, so the place deserves a better rating.
