Rooms were good and clean. There is no complain about that but went for Restaurant for dinner and my table was ignored for almost 10 min and many table after me was atleast gjven menu card. I ask then and ignore again, when I went to confront them I was told me that you didn't have food is the package so you are not priority. Others are served because they knew about the package. More over the person serving told me you can wait handing over menu. It was very un professional behavior from them. As if I am there for free food.

Good and Highgenic rooms and campus. Quite large parking area. Dine facilities are excellent. Rooms are bigger and clean.

The hotel having spacious rooms, staff is nice & food is good. As tier 2 city doesnt offer much hygiene food outside, ujjaini comes as authetic food with good ambience at hotel. Its 2km far from Mahakal temple & cabs easily available. i went in nov 23 & weather was 18 degree which is good , not very cold & not very hot. Locals are nice to talk & give right suggestion if you new to the city, they don’t manipulate.
