In one word the stay was - Memorable. All you need when you travel is that some greets you with warmth and this place offers the best in class service. Low key Italian restaurant gives you finger smacking food. What to look for is the clean ambiance, cleaner rooms and wonderful room service. Go stay and leave your worries home.

I booked an executive stay for 4 days. Having paid for an executive room you would expect that there would be great rooms and good service, but I had the worst experience of my life. The first day we reach, we find the mattress to be so hard that we couldnot sleep for the entire night and it gave us such a bad back ache. The next day after a long day I enter the room and I find a rat in my room (almost 10 freaking inches big). After a lot of complaining and shouting they give us a different room. After unpacking in the other room I realize that my boots worth 10k, my jacket and a jeans have been bitten into multiple pieces by the rat. After complaining regarding the same, the management outrightly denied to compensate for the same. Let alone a compensation they didn't even bother to respond on it. When found that there is solution for it, I told them that we are 10 people staying in your hotel, I would write reviews on your service from all of our accounts the manager said please go ahead with it. Donot go after the reviews, god knows how many of them have been bought. Save yourself and book yourself a better stay.
