I appreciate the positive experience with the in-house restaurant's food and services. However there were a few mishaps we encountered during our stay, which prompt to rethink whether I will rebook the place in future. The reception staff, particularly the lady at the front desk, seemed to lack courtesy and made us wait for an extended period, despite having a confirmed reservation. Additionally, our experience with room service was challenging; waiting over 30 minutes and making multiple calls for extra water bottles was inconvenient. Furthermore, room service entered our room at night to check the mini fridge, despite our request for them not to. Overall the experience was not so pleasant, so I believe there is room for improvement in the overall service provided.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had during my stay at Benzz Park, Vellore. There are several issues that I believe need attention for the improvement of guest satisfaction: Reception Staff: The reception staff appeared to be uninformed about events occurring outside the hotel. There was a lack of awareness and responsiveness, making the overall experience less than satisfactory. Security Personnel: While the security personnel were adept at handling situations involving politicians, the same level of attentiveness was not extended to guests wearing decent pants and shirts. This disparity in treatment is concerning. Restaurant Service: It was observed that the restaurant seemed to prioritize serving coffee to politicians. When a request for coffee was made by a regular guest in the morning at 7:30 AM, there was an inexplicable delay of 30 minutes to confirm whether the service could be provided. This delay is unacceptable. Staff Efficiency: Despite having 120 staff members, the efficiency in serving guests, especially in addressing simple requests like coffee in the morning, was noticeably lacking. The overall service level did not meet expectations. Safety Concerns: The use of sliding wardrobes that easily fall from the rails raises serious safety concerns, particularly for families and elder guests. The hotel's current setup is not conducive to being child-friendly or elder-friendly. Guest Courtesy: The lack of courtesy towards guests was evident, especially in instances where a simple request for a cup of water was met with indifference. Basic amenities and courtesy should be extended to all guests. Water Availability: There was a notable absence of water availability near the reception area. I suggest offering a nominal charge for a water bottle or installing a water dispenser for the convenience of front office guests. In summary, the issues mentioned above significantly impacted my stay at Benzz Park, Vellore. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and prompt action is taken to address these concerns to enhance the overall guest experience at your hotel.

Visited the Lexuss Bar and it was good, especially the ambience. It was a bit pricey but okay. I did not stay in the hotel but the overall experience was good. Hope to stay in the hotel someday when I visit Vellore.
