Room service was very bad👎. 3 days we styaed there but not a single day they clean the room and clear the dustbin. Manager behavior was so roude.

It was the worst hotel in my life. I should probably say the worst stay ever as they don't deserve to be categorised a hotel. The room is uncleaned, and bathroom fittings are worse than the public toilets. Bed sheets, pillow covers, and blanket covers are dirty and torn. Water was dropping from the ceiling. Hotel's services are too bad, better to say no service at all. Staff behaviour is very, very bad . Asked for water at 11 pm, and hotel staff was shouting at me with vulgar (too bad to say) language. In fact, they don't know what behaviour should be hotel staff maintained. Very low class staff. I felt unsafe. I complained to the owner, and he was annoyed, and later, he said it's a middle-class hotel. You have to accept it, or you can go to other hotels. Later I asked people about the hotel, they all said the same thing, that it was a good hotel earlier when the main owner ( father of present owner) was alive. But now it is become a very bad hotel with very poor and ill behavioural staff. My suggestion is not to go to this hotel. Nor even for free.. it will destroy your tour.

ROOM WAS good SPACIOUS only positive point, but completely feeling cold inside, toilet huge but untidy dirty buckets hot water issue, kitchen was completely unacceptable dirty liquor bottles below kitchen i personally saw u cannot eat anything due to uncleanliness caretaker drunken and limited staff we eat breakfast and rice dal due to no options at that time, worst location to reach over there local taxis charge 250-300 from Mall road 1 km distance. Overall worst experience.

1st of all this hotel broadway homestay is very far away from Mall road Darjeeling also if you are ready to climb 3 inclination with all your heavy lauage you can go for it but I can make k you will not be able to breath properly after few minutes of walk the path is very bad and horrible you will lose all your energy in walking towards this road. Now lets move to hotel Homestay review I mast tell you the worst hotel for cold place as there is no mat in floor you can not step down without sleeper also room is not cold protecting and you have to rent room heater from them it will cost you 400 rs for 3 hour so alternatively here you gonna spend extra money. worst services no matter how many days you are staying over there they will not gonna offer you room cleaning services. in room there was a one small soap no hand wash, no paper role in wash room no floor mat also there was a tv which will not working. Moreover they disconnect geyser connection from out side without your knowledge. I just hate this hotel and will not recommend it at all.
