The best thing is the location and the staff behaviour is also pretty good ...but there is no food service available so you have to go out for like every meal .... But the main issue was their washroom..didn't like the washroom at all . geyser was not working properly ...even kettle was not provided....and only one electric socket was there.. Little dissappointed !

Hotel Mount Meridian, darjeeling very nice clean and budget and staff is very helpful. Hotel is located in main market. I went to Darjeeling a few months ago on May 2023. Budget rooms were not available in any hotel in Darjeeling. Then I remembered an Instagram friend Raghav. Raghav is the owner of hotel mount meridian, darjeeling. I spoke to Raghav. Raghav was out of the city those days. But he got the room arranged for me. The staff members of the hotel were very good natured. Hotel manager Bappa helped us a lot in exploring the city. The rooms were very neat clean. The housekeeping staff were also very nice. Used to clean the room as soon as asked once. Trip went very well. I am only sorry for one thing, I could not meet my friend Raghav.

Three bed room available here in this hotel. We were looking for one double bed and a single bed in same room, which we got in this hotel. This hotel is opposite glenarys. Electricity is available always, even if light goes off they have prompt generator services. 24*7 geyser was available. Tv available, all most all channels are available. Restaurant is not available. You will get tea when ever you order. Service boys are very good, well behaved and polite. We did online booking. This hotel is near the mall road. Since we had old family members with us. We chose this hotel which is near mall road. We took two rooms, Room number 201 was best , it had many windows and sunlight coming inside the room. We took another room , room number 205 didn't have any view, that room looked a little shabby. Three bed room cost in peak time May 2023 last week was 2800rs per day. And double bed room was around 2240rs per day. They were providing fresh bed sheets and pillow cover, but somehow it looked unclean and had brown spots. Kettle not available in the room.If you want warm water then you have to request the service boy,they will give you.

The hotel service is totally poorer than poor. It's totally wastage of money to stay here.Reason are as below 1) Geyser are not working properly 2) Rooms are not clean daily basis 3) unhygienic atmosphere 4) Water supply its a big issue .In morning if go to toilet then if have wait inside the toilet and others of your family member have to knock the hotel guy to switch on the pump and then also you have to wait for another 30 min atleast to get water in your toilet. 4) you will get a any welcome water at your room . So need to purchase. Ultimately nothing other than wastage of your money if you stay here . So better to choose other hotel to have a pleasant and peaceful of your tour.

The rooms are in a dilapidated condition, especially the rooms in the basement. Water supply are disrupted. One can find several insects and spiders in the rooms, even in the rooms. Some of the glasses of the windows are broken. The economy rooms are not humanly liveable and that too after spending 1500-1600 rupees per room per night. But, one thing I would like to mention that the staffs are not bad, they try to co-operate as much as they can.
