Just today we are leave this hotel, Avoid this hotel.....nothing is good in this hotel.....rooms are not clean and not well maintained.....staffs behaviour are not good.....one of the most worst hotel in darjeeling......very bad experience

Worst ever experience with this hotel. There is no vehicle which can reach this hotel due to no entry boards due to SP Bunglow nearby . So, you have to get down 600mtrs away and hotel staff will not help you with luggage. Pravin who owns thia hotel is an arrogant, cunning , no ethics , no humanity guy.. Keep away from this hotel.

Don't provide hot water in bathroom. Having geyser withe weird timing. Adjusts geyser in such a way that water never heats up.Provides food on cheap paper plates in a very shaby manner.Food is either chicken or egg, mostly egg .No vegetable. Only potato and soyabean. Cooking is ok type not bad. Room no 5 is the coldest room. Room 4 is equally bad. 650 mts approx to mall. Uphill.stairs r steep

Excellent location and view. The staff was very helpfu awesome view,service, there was a magnificent view of the hill, very comfortable and comfortable. Definitely a good hotel with recommended location and service to stay at this hotel Loved the Rai hotels Comfort inn Our overall accommodation was good.r room was nice - clean and comfortable. It had all the comforts. The beds were comfortable, clean. The view from the room was good, we could see Kanchenjunga from the window. The bathroom and bathing area were also large and had all the necessary facilities (hot water, all the toilets, etc.). The service was great - the staff was friendly, helpful and calm, they did their job very well. mall from walk 3 minutes. amazing property, beautiful room tasty food i recommend this hotel in Darjeeling.
