The location is very good. The service was also OK. But the room left a lot to be desired. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It also lacked any kind of ventilation, including the bathroom. So was very muggy. We ended spending a lot of time with the door to the hallway open, even though that meant less privacy. Having said all of that, after I found out about the cigarette smoke, I inspected 5-8 of the surrounding hotels. For what we were paying City Inn was average. In that it could have just as easily been worse. Internet connection is solid though. If you are working remotely and need to join video calls.

The hotel room was not worth the price we paid for it, it was so small that no space to turn around also, even when we had prebooked for 3 people, they gave us a small room. Also for the third person no extra bed, though in online booking was mentioned about extra bed for which extra charges was taken, all they gave was a mattress and one pillow and one quilt, which was all dirty. Linen on the bed was also dirty. Cleanliness is poor. Bathroom not managed, rust all over the faucet, and stint in the bathroom was so bad, that one feel suffocated when inside. We were charged 2000 for one night for the room, but the room was not worth more than 750 per night. Would not recommend if someone who is looking for clean and little spacious room.

Not at all safe for solo female traveller. Couldn't see any female in the whole hotel not a female guest too.They alloted me room at the 3rd floor which was in terrace area ( bit secluded area not with the family rooms . It was a very small room with no window or ventilation adjacent to their kitchen with two male labour working) & couple of 2-3 rooms with only single male occupancy. This room was not in the main floor of the hotel even the lift was not at that floor. I asked them to arrange room in main premises then this receptionist asked me to pay extra amount. Horrible experience. Not concerned with the security of the guests at all. I cancelled my plan and booked another hotel when they refused to give me another room even me insisting multiple times.

The hotel was a bit tricky to spot; it is located on the first floor, and they have lifts to reach it. The manager was cordial. The room was well lit, with clean bedsheets and towels. The AC, Wi-Fi, and television were working well. The room was okay-ish in size. Hot water was available, but the bathroom was extremely narrow. Overall, the experience was smooth, and I will suggest it to others.

AVOID. They're not even interested in business. The booking staff is confrontational and insists on seeing a marriage certificate to 'prove' the customers are married. On top of that, upon mentioning cheaper tariff online on their own Google profile, says 'Why don't you go book online, then?' Utter garbage service before even booking has begun. It's no wonder the tariff is low- nobody wants to experience sub-par service.
