Actually fabulous, admit it hygiene was at top and with that, the hotel was quite modern. And room size was decent, with that note the beds were pretty comfortable, food also was of great taste but prices were bit high. But ignore it, the ventilation was perfect although it was surrounded by other buildings, but anyways, glad we stayed here

Would not recommend this place to anyone as the hospitality of the manager himself was horrible. Very rude and unwelcoming. We didn’t even want to know the price of the hotel room once we saw the way he was talking with us. They made crude comments on our gender and laughed it off with his employees. Being a female, all we want is friendly staff and clean rooms. He tried to get our contact details and when we denied he tried to make us leave. This hotel did not give us the correct vibe. There are plenty other hotels you can stay in near the railway station so do not go here.

Very pathetic service. We tried speaking to the person at the reception and he was so rude that a guest can't event get into the hotel. We asked him some queries and he was like "Agar rehna hai toh raho ya fir mat raho". Me myself belong to a service industry and run a Travel company based in Mumbai but the welcome done by the reception person made me get back to the decision of staying at this hotel. Every question asked to him received a harsh answer which is not accepted by guest. For a point we all were scared staying at this hotel as we had girls travelling with us. Firstly he asked for ID and we submitted but on the other hand he asked all of us to fill a form which was not needed. Only thing he wanted was that grabbing our contact details for marketing purpose which was not accepted. So if you are trying to stay at this hotel then please be safe from the reception person as he seems to be an mafia trying to scare the guest at the hotel. I met the best people at Guwahati but this guy was Hilarious 🫣 Still can't get over from that night. Being from a service industry I never write reviews or a negative review but this guy made me do so. Don't know about how they treat later but at the start it was scary for me and my friends.

Unprofessional staff and very rude. The man on the counter didn’t have any decency to talk to us. In soo many years of travel no hotel manager i’ve seen has talked to any customer in such disgusting tone. Dont go to them as you can find enough stays near the this hotel at a good rate too. I hope there manager will change his backward thinking which is 20years old.
