The staffs are very polite and attentive. As this is my first visit to this hotel, I really appreciate the directions provide by the staffs. Shubham Saurabh saw me walking in the restaurant as sole foreigner, he help me and ensure my tea is always hot. Thank you all for your good service. Keep it up.

Hotel is very good location in Patna. Staff's are very friendly and Housekeeping Manager Mr chandan is very good helpfull person. Food and service is excellent.

When I entered the hotel , it felt like I'm in heaven after such a tiring day, the room was so spacious and tidy.my mood boosted when I actually visited the dinning table and encountered such a great taste. The people and housekeeping ( rajni shubham, rajkumar and randheer )were so responsive and they treated us well..
