Nice spacious rooms. Good/decent hotel to stay in. We (family) stayed during Mumbai Marathon weekend. Nice breakfast in the morning (sat). And the hotel was gracious to allow a little delayed checkout after the run. Room service was good. The rooftop restaurant, otoh, is probably good for photography but service was not good. They forgot one item from order and we had to wait with half eaten dinner until they brought it up. No tissues on table and no water either. And no one in view to ask for water.

It's a great location, close to all tourist attractions and they have a ramp to their hotel! Something you won't find in many places. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible and with a lift! Rooftop is a good place to chill in the evenings :) Hotel bedroom we had 401 was a big room, looking closely the rooms are a bit worn-out. Their breakfast was very nice.

I really loved the stay as it is near to most of the tourist places and shopping area. I really liked the rooftop which has Taj hotel and Gateway of India view and the service was also very good. Morning breakfast is also very good. Rooms are also spacious and has all the required facilities.
