The suite room was beautiful. It had a bath tub, a wall size window facing the road which was just awesome. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the spirit of service is outstanding (even if a bit slow) It is on the outskirts of Delhi so commute becomes an issue Overall experience of stay was awesome

Vegetarian! Breakfast spread is just right, tasted great. Restaurant service was great and others were fairly good too. I found the pillows too soft and had sprained neck. Not much to do around.

Had a very nice stay here. Hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. Good cleanliness and hygiene is maintained inside the hotel. Very much recommended from my side.

It was an amazing experience in KAISON INN i am so glad for the best hospitality / friendly faculty and delicious food it was my first experience in kaison inn and i am so satisfied about their services clean room / quiet place makes my heart happy I'll always look forward to this hotel I will always stay in this hotel and will suggest everyone to stay there too.

I've stayed at this hotel before and the room 205 was slightly better than 304 (it had a window which only opened to a service Shaft, but allowed daylight in). The rooms are quite decent yet, toilets clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast spread is quite minimal but adequate and the staff is more than happy to get fresh and hot items from the buffet. The room service menu too though limited has delicious items. This is a pure veg. hotel but they allow food delivery apps (incl. Non-veg) to be delivered.
