I had a great time staying at this hotel for almost 10 days. Mr. Sonu was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay. I had one complaint about the air conditioning not working, but I didn't need it anyway so I didn't bother to complain. The hotel also has a kitchen option, and the security guard was very welcoming. When I left, Mr. Sonu greeted me and said goodbye very warmly. I also had a lovely time in New Delhi overall.

Excellent service, wonderful staff, brilliant accommodation. I booked 10 rooms in this hotel for a family function and I have to say, the treatment of the staff was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for all your requirements. If you're coming here for the purpose of vacation or for some family time. This hotel is the place.

Very very very bad hotel experience in my past 20years traveling experience. For hot water we waited till 5hrs, no room heater, no food available. Plz don't choose this hotel and mainly they are not giving proper bill too. They are not paying tax properly to the government. We need compliment them to tax department too. Owner of this property please call me for more compliment. Thanks MK
