Average services. Charges aren't reasonable in accordance with service. There are two types of room available AC and Non AC, they are more responsive to the guest who've booked AC room. Non AC rooms are not nicely managed. Torn roof, Damp wall, Television are only for attract customers it doesn't even get switch on. Staffs are good at their work but because of load of guests in AC room they sometimes aren't more responsive to Non AC room's guest. Drinking water facility isn't nice. Spacious gallery but stair isn't good and it's very tiring to reach even second floor. In terms of hygiene it's great. There are a restaurant inside it placed on first floor besides the reception named Sujata restaurant, that's nice great quality of cuisine available here but the cost isn't reasonable. Well it's nice to have stay and meal under one roof. Not extremely satisfactory but satisfactory services.

Few kilometres from Patna junction station. Located near market place. Quite crowded outside. Rooms are good but small.

Room condition was very bad ..... Very ugly room looks like and staff also charge 200 for their commission... Food was not so much good so I ordered online from Zomato lastly... Room temperature was very hot and the conditions of bathroom ,tv ,bed,etc...... Was very bad in condition i didn't recommend for any one 👎

The USP of the place is it's location as it is situated right at Dak bunglow chouraha. It's an old building and not so well maintained however it is spacious. The biggest problem is there is no parking space available not even for a bike. Good if u don't need parking space and if u r really looking for privacy, this place is recommended. Price is 600 to 800 as per room size.
