Hotel O New Rajdhani

I booked the hotel from MMT-> Oyo, Upon reaching Owner said , no booking of My name came. He consistently asked the price that I paid, I showed the voucher issued, read out the Booking ID - still he said No booking was done. I spent over 50 minutes, where Oyo customer care was trying to reach Owner who was not answering his phone - How irresponsible; Finally he answered and started yelling at me that I told booking ID incorrect, Voucher has that imprinted, same customer service also told- WTH! Finally I got the room after 2 hours waiting in the noisy and lousy lobby. Room is okay for 1.2k Per night, however surprise surprise - Wifi was not working, Tap was broken hence shower was not, Dusting was not done; Though they cleaned the room (only floor) no dusting; AC remote never worked , so 24 was the only number, A LOT of mosquitos and yes Rats in the room They fixed Wifi on 3rd day of my 4 day stay. I tried negotiating for 1k for next three nights as I can't afford to change the hotel due to Dad's Surgery, and his rooms lacked promised amenities plus usually quoted rates are lower then what they are given by MMT. Third day I had to fight with owner who was asking 1.5k for next three days - that's right around 200 more then MMT price. I was like you should have told me, I won't have stayed. He yelled at his manager that he should have explained process to me properly. Instead of expecting a discount , I was asked to pay more then MMt price itself. Nonsense! Finally we agreed for a pay what I paid at MMT - with a dirty room, broken taps and missing wifi for 2 days, and Not giving room after showing voucher another inconvenience; Would not recommend this hotel, instead wall across the hotel towards right of the road, you will find many offering AC rooms for as low as 800 INR (1000 for attached washroom). For a city like Patna, dirty washrooms, mosquitos (they don't give allout as well), No soaps, towel, broken AC 1500 per room is way too much per day.
