Worst hotel of Gangtok . Their most luxurious rooms are also dirty , floors are broken and doing creepy sound when walking , bathrooms and bathroom equipments are dirty and damaged , gyser is not in working condition. And most important the behaviour of those hotel staffs was so bad and rude when we asked for a good quality room . We left the hotel in the afternoon and checked in another hotel .

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with this hotel and the lack of service provided. First and foremost, locating the hotel was an arduous task. Upon arriving in Gangtok, my companions and I tried to find Nourpem Residency, only to discover that it was impossible to locate. When we attempted to contact the property directly, our calls were redirected to the Oyo customer care app, where we encountered a rude and unhelpful individual. Despite explaining our situation and seeking assistance, the representative showed no interest in resolving our issue or providing any form of support. To add to the frustration, none of the locals we encountered had any knowledge of the hotel's existence or its whereabouts. We resorted to using Google Maps, which led us to an incomplete construction building after hours of searching. It was incredibly disappointing to realize that the hotel's location was either fictional or misrepresented. After enduring a long, exhausting four-hour journey to Gangtok, we were eagerly anticipating a restful stay at Nourpem Residency. However, this expectation was shattered due to the hotel's incompetence and lack of customer care. Our patience was pushed to the limit as we wasted precious time and energy trying to find a hotel that seemed to be nothing more than a figment of our imagination. Finally, in sheer desperation, we had no choice but to cancel our reservation, despite the fact that it was non-refundable. Dealing with Goibibo customer service was another ordeal, involving numerous arguments and a lengthy call. The cancellation process only added to our frustration and inconvenience. In conclusion, my experience with Nourpem Residency in Gangtok was nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel, as they exhibit a complete disregard for their customers and fail to provide even the most basic level of service. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a different accommodation option in Gangtok.
