I recently stayed at the Hotel Lake Site and I must say that it was an excellent experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. The amenities were great, with a pool, fitness center, and spa. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was especially good. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area

I checked in the hotel quite late as my train was delayed by around 5 hours, The owner refused to give me room but on showing my booking he allowed me to enter and gave me a room. He demanded the cash and didn't update my check in status on OYO, to which my final status showed your booking is cancelled at the hotel. The owner told me that I was not allowed to make the payment online and told that I will not be alloted a room if paid online. The receptionist didn't provide me any blankets, bed roll and towels too! It was a bad experience at OYO VN residency, Jabalpur! I request OYO to improve their hotel service and help me with my concerns!!

Worst hotel ever. They charge extra at the time of entry, even if you have paid online . And they will waste your time, and harass you.

Please don't book this hotel. This hotel is very bad. After booking hotel online, these people do not allow to check in, demand to pay double money. It is said that we do not give rooms at this price. Room is also not good, service is also bad, please no one should book room in this hotel. I am saying again that do not book a room in this hotel.Staff not do clear talk.
