Never ever stay in this hotel. Without my permission they entered my room with master key when i was outside the hotel. Managements, rooms, hotel staffs all are third class. Even the menu card is so dirty you will wash your hand after touch it. Worlds only hotel where there is a bucket but without any tap. Staffs are very bad. Room conditions very poor. Only they decorated the reception very well to make the visitors fool.

The most fabulous thing about this hotel is it's location, which is right outside or one can say, right on the Jabalpur station. That makes it perfect for those travelling anywhere from Jabalpur. We visited the hotel a few years back and except for the usual loud station sounds/announcements which can be a bit disturbing especially in the night, the hotel is great. We had no major complaints with the service, ambience or food otherwise. Would definitely consider it again when on a stopover at Jabalpur.

In spite of informing reception about room cleaning it was not cleaned on the next day. No wifi in room no 107 in 2 days stay. There is no water pressure in shower you can't bath properly with this little water. This hotel is next to the railway station so be prepared for lots of honking and noise even at night. The only good thing is breakfast at the restaurant.

Hotel Polo Max, Jabalpur, is a very good hotel and it is worth staying in Jabalpur. The housekeeping, specially manager Mr.Shankar and other attendents of second floor on 17.12.2023 and 18.12.2023, the dining room waiter (name not known) and supervisor (Mr. Sumit Bhattacharya) were very helpful and excellent in rendering services. The rooms are reasonably good and comfortable. The special attraction of this hotel is it's location--so near to the station. The front office executives are very competent and helpful. Overall, this is a good hotel to stay in Jabalpur.
