Hotel is in prime location, neat and clean. Front desk response and their behavior is good. Staff are somewhat friendly but each and every time they expect (their body language shows) tips. Example:Towels are not there, they will bring quickly and waits for tip Soap and shampoo, bring and waits Coffee/Tea from their own restaurant, bring and waits

Though the hotel is in the heart of the city , the service of the staff is very poor. They just absolutely lack courtesy. They just barge in to your room without knocking. Also the staff are very greedy .They always expect tips even if it is for small water bottle. The staff is very impatient . They do not accept upi payments. For every order on room service you have to pay by cash. They do not give bill. There is no hot water availability. Overall very poor service and quality of hotel and staff. Not at all recommended. As I had to go on emergency purpose I booked it at last minute without knowing.

Guys please be aware of this fraud hotel management ,I tried booking a room in this hotel but it was not successful then later I contacted hotel, then that receptionist gout shared me a QR code and paid ₹2500 then he called me asked me to go to my phone pe history and do send again and he said to enter some reception code 19685 etc in the amount field then I feel it’s suspicious when I asked him why this is required he was keep on telling same then I realised it’s a fraud , anyways i lost ₹2500 but good that I didn’t lost all my money , guys please be careful
