We organised a dealers get together cocktail dinner with stay of our pan India dealers. It was a wonderful cocktail party with dinner. Veg and non veg food ( snacks and main course) was awesome . Mr Dharam Singh ji manager of the hotel was very helpfull and done everything as we required. Service was excellent during cocktail dinner and Dharam Singh ji look after everything personally. I strongly recommends this place for parties. Now talk about the accomodation rooms are good and neat and clean. But the conditions of the bathrooms accessories was not working properly specially flush system and drainage of bath area. Otherwise bathrooms are clean. This perticular area need attention from the management side. If management look after these small problems it's a wonderful place to organise family functions with overnight stay. I again thanks Mr.Dharam Singh ji personally.

Attended a wedding at this property. This property is nice and very clean. The rates are reasonable. Just outside Delhi Faridabad border! Service is like we expect to see.

Whenever someone gives one star there is only one and only one reason - zero star is not possible. Booked the hotel to stay for 3 days but had to get out only after 10 hrs of stay. Connectivity - There is no internet/wifi available Hygiene - The floor I was on had left over food in dishes outside the rooms for the whole duration of my stay. Facilities- TV was not working, even after multiple complaints it was not working when I left. Room- Room was okay, Mattress was not comfortable. Restroom fittings were old. Now comes the best part - Power went out at 4:30 am , without power the phone is not working, elevators are not working. I had to leave my room and go to reception to check just to find out no one is available at the reception. After waiting for few minutes I see a guy and he tells me that he is working on the power issue, there is a fault and it is being repaired while they are trying to see why the backup is not working. So the power resumes after 5 am in morning. I see one other guest trying to find someone, I told him no one is available at reception and then he makes his way to DG room , not sure if he is the reason why we got the power back 🤣. The worst experience ever in a hotel.
