Stinky rooms, you can see dust and hair in every corner, paint that has peeled off has not even been cleaned, dirty toilets...list is endless. Absolutely bad place to spend even a single day. Your reply just shows how dis organized you are. I was a speaker at the prestigious India International Science Festival organized by dept of science and technology. I signed in the register. Checked in on 18th Jan and checked out on 19th Jan 2024.

WORSE HOTEL. WORSE ROOM SERVICE. WORSE ROOMS. NO WINDOWS. Staff is sooooo rude and non helpful. Trust me guys, don't book a hotel here. You'll regret all ur lives investing a single penny in this hotel. Rather pay to some other hotels as these people are veryyy nasty, stubborn, rude, mean and cheap. Also, there are NO WINDOWS in any rooms. Receptionist is so cheap and impolite. Everything is worse here. If you trust my review, you'll thank me later and if you don't, you'll regret later. Choice is yours. Alll the best guys. Have a good stay but someplace else.

Rooms are moderately small Cloths used for Dining &chair are poor and shabby Ground floor and outside good area for events.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and ot was one of the worst experience ever. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even budget travel. OYO rooms and service is better than this. I am wondering whether this is really owned by Lalit group of hotels / is it owned by some random Lalit family from Delhi. The A/C wasn't working in the room that we stayed on the first day and the room was giving claustrophobic feel throughout. The alternate room that was provided also had the A/C malfunctioning. So we were given a so called deluxe room which to my horror had cockroaches moving around. I have a video of the same. When asked for Hot water and when complained about the air conditioning not working fine, I was told that nobody asks for it hence we don't have that facilty. Hot water timings are specific as well. Their washroom accessories were not to the point and the deluxe room had a broken chair. Damn. Absolute disappointing experience. Will warn visitors to stay away.
