I stayed here for 2 nights during Navratari for my visit to some parts of MP in late October. Location wise, this was very good. Room services was also nice. Just that they did not had Hot water in the Geysery in morning but provided the same in buckets, which was very nice. But rooms needs improvement. Basin in the washoom was leaking, inspite of showing them they could not resolve it. The Breakfast was complimentary & was very tasty, but the options were only Puri Bhaji, Poha & idly sambhar. One negative Point: The Lady (probably in in charge of the Room service) was not at all customer friendly. The way she responded when informed over the phone that there is no Hot water, was way too rude. She repeated in the same tone on the 2nd day also. I guess she would be given some training on how to deal with guests.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes, catering to various tastes. The food was flavorful and served promptly. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread, providing a good start to the day. The hotel also had some additional facilities, such as a fitness center and a business center, which added convenience for guests who needed to work or maintain their fitness routine while traveling.

Not so good. Rooms are not maintained. Bed linen are not properly cleaned.Room service is poor. In all just a budget hotel. Should be last choice.

Not at all satisfied. Wld never come again. Non- professional staff. Not kept tooth brush and tooth paste. Housekeeping staff refused. Paid to attendent for tooth brush and paid. Towel - smelly and unhygienic. First layer -Torn window curtains fix with iron wire and second curtain after this which were a bit satisfactory. Bathroom - water leakage and showers were just show piece.
