Hospitality was very good. Food was awesome all the days.. we stayed three days at this place... Quick room service and they go extra mile to ensure the pleasant stay at the hotel. We had comfortable and happy stay... I would recommend this place for family and friends.

One of my best experienced hotel .. visited years ago .. if was then named royal oaks .. window view was scenic . Service excellent.. Restaurant was mesmerizing with the view from there. Will always recommend it for nice Gangtok stay .. I will also look forward to book it in my next Gangtok trip whenever it happens.

My stay in this hotel was so relaxing and comfortable. Hotel staff members were very polite and we'll behaved especially miss pranita rai help us so much in restaurant. And food was too good and tasty thank you all of you.
