A place to never remember 😞 They lie about room availability and wasted our time on arrival. They rudely answered that nothing can't be done when I reached hotel. I waited over the reception for an hour then they provided a room. The room had tv but without any channels, a tap for bath but no hot water flowing through it... The food is pathetic and too much oily. Cleanliness is at worst... We found a underwear hanging in bathroom, cockroaches and so much of dust all over.... Don't want to ever remember a day I spent over here... And will pray no customer to face such day that have to stay at this hotel. Highlight: Staff and management behaviour is rude and they will twist situation to deceive you.

Good hotel for given price rate. Located near to bus station and railway station at a walking distance. Rooms are good enough if you are looking for just spending night and are in city for couple of days. Service is not that great and you can find rooms not that big but they are good enough for three people. Location is little bit of sketchy but its near sayaji garden.

I wish I could give a minus rating. And that day i was not in a mood or else i would have broken the staff's faces. They are extremely rude. No sense of how to talk to the customer's and the rooms stink like a dead rat. As far as room service is concerned that is even worse. Basically nothing about the hotel would be a pleasant experience for anyone who stays there.
